Alan’s an entrepreneur and digital strategist I love working with in the Portland area. He’s enthusiastic, casually efficient, and appreciates great design. Plus he has a cute dog.

At first I found the “ACH” acronym to be a bit challengingly cold to work with. But the patterns I discovered in the letters allowed me to channel Alan’s love for German cars, particularly Audi. The resulting logo feels sharp and timeless, carrying an authority well-suited for a strategist.

This look easily expanded to his website, which I empowered with the simplest grid possible, bold amounts of space, and a distinctly Pacific Northwestern selection of photography.
